Scope of services

The company has been authorized to carry out its activity by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works for all kinds of building sites.
DARIS is a member of the Bulgarian Association of Consulting Engineers and Architects (BACEA) associated with the international Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).

Project management

· Technical control at the design stage
The long experience as designers of our technical staff and detailed knowledge of the local regulations allow us to perform technical control at the design stage at high professional level in very short period of time.

· Submission and application of projects for authority approval
We are managing the complete process of obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from the relevant authorities such as: fire department, health authority, power supply company, water and sewerage company, central heating company, Bulgarian telecommunication company, traffic police authorities, Municipality traffic department and cadastral maps.

· Management for the speedy issue of building permits
Our long experience in fulfilment of investment projects gives us the knowledge and ability for correct and complete preparation of all documents required by the local authorities for the speedy issuing of the building permit.

· Construction supervision
Our expersts observe the work for compliance with the design and contract documents in accordance with all Bulgarian standards.

· Quality control and Assurance (Quality Assurance and Inspection Services)
With over two decades of experience as project managers, estimators and highly skilled and experienced craftsmen, you are ensured of receiving a quality product.

· Quantity surveying

· Progress and cost report

· Site safety

· Management of all the necessary documentation
Managing the whole documentation during the construction and commissioning period including starting procedures, site book registration, observing all required protocols and material certificates.

· Management for the speedy issue of final approval certificates
More than 1000 final approval certificates since 1999 till now guaranties our abilities for correct and complete preparation of all documents required by the Directorate for National Construcion Control for the issuing of final approval certificates.
