Preliminary Studies
It is at the very early stage when the standpoint of the consultant, based on the relevant experience and technical knowledge for a project initiation is extremely useful for the investor. Possible construction methods and related economic and technical decisions are researched and analyzed.
Construction Planning
Experts do the planning and define construction stages in accordance with customer intentions. This is the basis for financial planning.
Design stage Customer requirements in terms of the future design are reflected in the design terms of reference. The professional definition of the terms of reference is a necessary prerequisite to move on to the design stage.
Professional management of all stages shall be applied in the process of design activities. The aim is to ensure full compliance of the preliminary and technical design with the Customer intentions for investment.
Construction Works Assignment
Selection criteria for Contractors are defined in collaboration with the Customer. Tender procedure is specified and organized. Price offers received are analyzed and a report is prepared, containing relevant information to support the process of negotiations. Consultant's advise is exceptionally useful in the process of ongoing negotiations with the selected Contractors. Maximum protection of customer interests is ensured in the process of contract finalization through the involvement and professional experience of construction projects management experts. Special attention shall be paid on the coordination of different contractors and suppliers while working in parallel on site, thus ensuring relevant quality of final outcome.
Construction works
Permanent onsite presence is necessary during the process of construction activities. On site engineers act as customer representatives. They implement quality control, consult, look for and register construction and assembly works progress on a daily basis. Payments to Contractors are approved on the basis of quantitative and quality indicators accepted. They also look for the observance of safety measures and environmental protection on site.
Regular reports on the progress of works are prepared for the Customer. Reports can comprise either matters referring to construction works as well as other necessary reports on the discretion of the Employer:
- General information for the site: Description of ongoing activities and parties involved in the process of construction. General project status, current issues, arising discussions and risks.
- Progress: Monitoring the progress in accordance with the project implementation schedule. Comment on the compliance of the Contractor’s schedule of works and effectively implemented construction and assembly works on site.
- Quality Control: Describes the quality of ongoing works, investment projects compliance and all matters arising in this reference.

Expense Report: Report on expenditures made compared to the progress of works and approved budget.
Project completion and commissioning
During the final stage of the project, tests and examinations are carried out to confirm success and quality of project implementation. Customer examines technical equipment and receives the relevant instructions for operation. In parallel, the engineers support construction supervision in the preparation of as-built documents. The equipment or building are delivered along with a guarantee for the quality and normal future operation.
