Bills of quantities for detailed pricing of construction for both design and implementation stage. Bills of quantities are prepared for all parts of the design.
It is the Bills of quantities that provide the Customer with a view on:
- Assessment on the economic feasibility of the investment intention;
- Quantitative and pricing view that might be necessary for the purpose of financial justification for the financing party (credit institution)
