| Health and Safety Plans |
The Health and Safety Plan (HSP) is an integral part of the investment project.
Setting up an organization of the construction site, organization of the implementation of construction and assembly works and defining the number of onsite workers at each stage of construction, enables the investor to forecast labor costs for project implementation, as well as the timeframe necessary for implementation. The HSP also comprises of recommendations and rules to be observed, so that incidents are prevented and deadlines are met in the construction process.
A Health and Safety Plan shall be elaborated in the following cases:
- New buildings construction;
- Earth works, disposing workers at risks of earth mass creeps or sink under water or falling down of high elevation;
- Reconstruction, rehabilitation and readjustment of existing buildings;
- Assembly and dismantling of elements with direct influence on the support construction;
- Assembly and dismantling works of heavy and massive construction elements;
- Health and safety plan might be elaborated in other cases as well, in accordance with the health and safety coordinator assumptions.
Health and Safety plan consists of:
- Graphical part – provides information on the organization of the construction site, as well as the planned schedule for the construction works to be implemented.
- Text part – consisting information on the measures and requirements to provide for the health and safety in the process of construction works, including areas with specific risks.
